PATCHOGUE, NY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2016 – The Patchogue Arts Council announces The 2016 Patchogue Arts Festival; Global Local – the ultimate creative place-making celebration of the art. A month long festival in Patchogue, one of Long Island’s most loved arts communities, from October 1 – October 31, taking place through out the entire town!
The Patchogue Arts council is at it again with a multi-venue, multi-discipline, downtown centric, the Patchogue Arts Festival. Taking over the town, PAF16 will take place in locations throughout downtown Patchogue during the month of October.
2016 features the theme Global Local, exhibitions, performances, spoken word and more will explore themes of culture, diversity and heritage as it informs and inspires the artist.
This month long festival will showcase visual art, public sculpture, cinema, music, multi-media performance, spoken word, alternative video and dance.
