Call for Sculptures in the Garden for Patchogue Arts Festival
October 1 –31, 2016
The Patchogue Arts Council is pleased to announce it is accepting submissions from sculptors to exhibit an outdoor sculpture in Patchogue Village during the Patchogue Arts Festival 2016, a downtown centric, multi-day, multi-venue festival encompassing music, visual arts, and cinema. The Festival will run between the dates of October 1 – October 31, 2016 in Patchogue, NY.
Multiple sculptures will be installed in the Patchogue Garden Club Garden and sculptors are encouraged to submit existing works for consideration. Artists will receive a stipend from $500.00 to $750.00 for works that are selected. The Visual Arts Committee of the Patchogue Arts Council will review all submissions. All artwork will be on view outside, in public spaces, and must abide by safety protocol and procedures.
