Patchogue Arts Council invites artist Amanda Reilly & Muñeca Arthouse owner and curator J.Valentin to discuss Human Nature, a solo exhibition featuring new work by Reilly.
Her body of work showcases symbolic narratives of primal-human emotions and actions we act upon that have the potential to cloud our thoughts and judgments. This in return allows people to see us for who we really are. These “Human Natures” such as jealousy, vulnerability, fear and guilt to name a few, have the power to manifest in negative ways, which skew and transmogrify our physical forms into primal emotional chimeras. Man and beast combined.
