The newly formed Patchogue Arts Council Inc. (PAC) is pleased to announce that it is hosting its’ first winter Walking Tour beginning December 15th 2008 through March 15th 2009. A vast spectrum of artists spanning across the five boroughs and all of L.I. have been invited to display their work in a number of Patchogue locations, storefronts, restaurants, and open spaces.
