Patchogue Arts Council • MoCA L.I.

Experience the Arts of Long Island with us! - Since 2008

December 22, 2025 By PAC MoCA

Annual Giving 2026

10 days to turn 10,000 into 20,000!

Us: Have you seen it?

You: Seen what?

Us: The art!

JOIN OUR ANNUAL GIVING CAMPAIGN HERE

Whether you’re parking next to the library, walking past the theater, trekking through town, or driving by our gallery – the art is everywhere!

Patchogue Arts Council has never been merely a gallery; we have always dedicated ourselves to bringing art out into our community through satellite exhibits, paver stones, Village-wide installations during MoCA L.I.ghts, outdoor art fairs like Arts on Terry, and so much more – and this past year has been no exception!

With support from Governor Kathy Hochul, NY State Council on the Arts, Mayor Paul Pontieri, and Patchogue Village, we are turning the whole village into one gigantic museum! 2025 marked a turning point with permanent public art now woven into the streets of Patchogue: two towering murals, over 1,100 square feet, engulf the facades of Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts and the Patchogue-Medford Library, another brightens the 4 pillars outside our gallery, and 6 vibrant utility box wraps pop up on street corners all around town. It’s our hope that these projects build upon the already profound pride we all have in our community – continuing to raise Patchogue up among the great cultural and artistic hubs on Long Island. This year has thrown the “doors” of our galleries wide open – the village is our canvas. So many more possibilities for public art await, and we can’t wait to make them a reality with you!

We hope that you will join us in creating and sustaining a strong foundation for our future. Get active!

See it: Take a stroll around town and try to spot art at every turn – whether it’s murals, art wraps, exhibits at MoCA L.I. or satellite galleries – there’s something to see everywhere!

Feel it: Be amazed at what you can find! Get excited by the possibilities in your community!

Grow it: Help us keep this going and growing!

Art inside a gallery is one thing, but art everywhere is another. Public art is no small feat; it literally takes a village to help fund the organization’s expenses: artist stipends, installation crews’ payments, securing permits, carrying insurance, continuing facility maintenance, as well as staffing salaries. Funding from grants and foundations is not enough to keep those doors wide open.

This year we have been gifted a generous donation of $10,000 from an anonymous donor. This is 1/2 way to our $20,000 goal in 10 days before the year’s end. Help us double the impact of our starting gift!

Your gift to Patchogue Arts Council this year can help keep public art in the sunshine, and the indoor lights on. Help support the things that brighten our community – together we can grow and glow.

For Gifts of $250 donors will receive a limited edition mini lenticular print of one of our 2025 mural projects and a PAC membership.

For gifts of $500 you receive a special invite to a live hands-on painting demo with our mural artists in Spring 2026. This will be a private event with the artists and you will take home a small creation of your own! And you will receive a PAC membership.

For gifts of $1000 you will be able to choose a 40×60″ painting created during Arts on Terry.

For gifts of $2000 or more you will receive all of the above.

Help us finish the year powering free arts experiences and public art across Long Island—rooted in Patchogue and reaching communities throughout the region.

Artfully,

Beth Giacummo | PAC• MoCA L.I. Executive Director • Curator & Artist
