These podcasts help local musicians promote upcoming shows, album releases, and much more. The first episode of Long Island Spotlight features Juan Tutrego, a singer-songwriter from Moriches, NY. The podcast will be released on Friday, September 8, on the Patchogue Arts Council’s YouTube channel http://tiny.cc/PatchogueArts
Long Island Music Talk is an interview style talk show hosted by Kevin Wieser of Blue Owl Art. In the podcast, Wieser plays a few songs with his musical guests while picking their brains between tracks. Conversation topics vary from the artists’ inspiration, how they started their musical careers and more.
