Just in time for spooky season, PAC/ MOCA brings to you a uniquely haunting Learning to Look at the Dark Arts.  

Join curators John Cino and Eric Murphy for a broad look at the occult, mysticism, the diabolical imagery and hellish depictions of the underworld in the visual arts, from the medieval through the modern era. This discussion will include Gustave Moreau’s mesmerizing mythological visions to Zdzislaw Beksinski’s dystopian nightmares and Hieronymus Bosch’s nightmarish triptychs. These visionary artists will beckon you into their otherworldly realms.
