I want my art to speak to people like the magnetism of each of my subjects spoke to me.
I don’t have formal training in photography or digital technology-most of my work is taken using simple “point and shoot” digital cameras. And the simplicity of the process is a defining element of my work. I have never lost the childhood wonder of the beauty in small things in life. Though I am now starting to experiment with digital enhancement and other photographic techniques, the attraction between me and my subjects in every image I capture is what remains paramount. I believe vibrant colors are part of my soul. My latest exhibit was a very successful One Woman Show at the Baffa Gallery, Sayville from May – June 2014. I was told by the President of Baffa my sales broke all records of the Gallery that has been in existence for 44 years. That was a very proud moment for me since I have been doing photography and have been in many galleries since 1997.
