The Patchogue Arts Council is dedicated to encouraging, promoting and serving the arts. The annual Juried Members exhibition gives all current members of The Patchogue Arts Council the opportunity to exhibit their artwork at the Patchogue Arts Gallery, located at 20 Terry St., Suite 116, Patchogue, NY. 2014 marks the three year PAC has held an exhibition exclusively for its members. This year the members exhibition was juried by Jay Schuck, Museum Curatorial Assistant at the Islip Art Museum and Exhibition Coordinator of our satellite members gallery in Roast Coffee. Over 80 works of art were submitted for consideration with 40 pieces being accepted by 35 artists.
Like patches in a quilt, the PatchWorks exhibition features an eclectic mixture of artwork highlighting the many talents of our members. The exhibition features a wide variety of painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, collage, and much more. Although each member has their own unique style, the artwork comes together here to form one coherent exhibition celebrating the members of the Patchogue Arts Council.
